About the job Sales Director - Valenzuela

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manages, sells, and promotes inventories of all FLI projects
• Finds effective strategies to gain leads and convert them into prospective clients
• Establishes and manages a strong network locally and maintains sales quota.
• Ensures the quality of accounts (including requirements, documentation, etc.)
• Renders overall customer service
• Oversees all sales activities and monitors productivity and activation of SalesManagers and Sales consultants.
• Support sales managers in the recruitment of quality sales consultants

Qualifications:

• With more than 5 years of Real Estate Sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
• With a ready team of at least 3-5 Sales Managers with 5 real estate salespersonsupon joining
