Sales Director – WFG Distribution (Manitoba & Saskatchewan) Department: WFG Sales

Location: Winnipeg or Regina

Responsibilities

Work closely with your Managing Director (MD) to develop annual sales plans consistent with the regional WFG sales plan for Life products.

Assist advisors by designing solutions through training for a variety of concepts for Life products.

Maintain advisor contact on an established or regular basis.

Develop and follow a territory management regime.

Be a team player.

Attend WFG‑related events throughout the year.

Develop a work/life balance.

Be prepared to conduct weekend and evening training seminars.

Ensure sales conduct is beyond reproach.

Network within the WFG branch offices to grow the advisor base through identification of new prospects.

Document all sales activity and expenses in Salesforce.
