Job Description

  • Manage and update CRM system to track client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Support account management through regular client follow-ups and engagement
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
  • Handle inbound, outbound leads and coordinate closely with the marketing team
  • Assist the sales team with outreach, pipeline tracking, and client communications
