POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales person is tasked to direct and manage sales activities in Philippines. Responsible for the effectiveness of the performance of sales territory assigned – promoting direct sales, and effectively managing distribution channels, providing strong customer support, establishing and achieving sales growth by performing the following duties:
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
• To develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive account sales plan for the key customers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Monitor activities of customers and create sustainable business strategies to meet growth ahead of market rates.
• Evaluate assigned customer’s performance and drive business growth objectives by performing monthly and quarterly business reviews.
