Job Description

• Deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product functionality and how it solves customer problems.
• Work closely with existing customers to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions or system configurations.
• Coordinate with Head Office on procurement, technical support, and administrative matters to meet customer needs.
• Liaise with internal teams and provide regular updates to ensure sales targets and customer objectives are achieved.
• Handle technical aspects of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare accurate data for quotations.
• Develop and expand market presence in Malaysia to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
• Provide feedback from the field to R&D/Product teams to support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Technical field, or equivalent qualification preferred.
