What You Will Do

• Rotational exposure across Johnson Controls’ key products, solutions, and business portfolios, including HVAC, BMS, Fire & Security Solutions, Performance Contracting, and critical infrastructure segments such as data centers, government facilities, and healthcare institutions.
• Learn and build technical capability through structured onboarding with dedicated mentors, hands‑on learning to HVAC, BMS, fire & security, and digital solutions, and understanding how integrated systems deliver energy efficiency, sustainability, safety, and smart building outcomes.
• Engage with customers by shadowing experienced sales managers during visits, solution walkthroughs, and project discussions, learning how technical concepts are translated into customer value propositions and gaining insight into industry operations and customer needs.
