Position's Mission
The Sales Excellence Associate is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within the sales department, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction, optimizing sales processes, and supporting market and client segmentation. This role requires proactiveness in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions that enhance sales performance.
Your main responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement: Co-lead projects aimed at improving sales processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing new strategies for optimization.
- Sales Operations: Ensure CRM data accuracy and timely updates; pursue regular initiatives to align our CRM with our ERP; help equip our Marketing team with up-to-date sales insights, target lists, and contacts.
