Job Description
- Strategic Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within specific industrial verticals (Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, or Pharma).
- Solution Design: Consult with clients to understand their supply chain pain points and design customized logistics solutions (3PL, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, and Last-mile delivery).
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high service satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends (e.g., Cold Chain requirements for Pharma, JIT for Automotive) to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Customs Brokerage, and Overseas Branches to ensure seamless implementation of proposed logistics schemes.
