This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Executive role based in Bacolod. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective buyers, present PHirst Park Homes projects and model units, and provide property consultations tailored to client needs and budgets. Daily responsibilities include managing leads from various channels, conducting site trippings, organizing and attending sales events, and preparing accurate sales proposals and documentation. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, guiding buyers through the end‑to‑end purchase process, and coordinating with internal teams for reservation, financing, and turnover requirements. The Sales Executive will work toward achieving individual and team sales targets while upholding the company’s service standards and brand reputation.
