Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, and conduct client negotiations
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business growth opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and end-to-end logistics solutions
- Proven track record in sales achievement and business development
- Target-oriented with excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer management capabilities
- Good command of English
