Areas of Accountability – Pipeline

  • Build and maintain a qualified, traceable sales pipeline
  • Pipeline updated monthly and submitted two days before KPI meetings
  • Systematic targeting by geography or market segment
  • Telephonic cold calling as per schedule
  • Accurate activity reporting for calls and appointments

Appointments

  • Conduct face-to-face appointments as per target schedule
  • Assess and understand client needs using the WITY tool

Financials

  • Accurate quotations and invoicing based on current pricing
  • Accurate monthly sales reporting against budgets

Targets

  • Targets aligned to Sales Executive budget and service portfolio
  • To be discussed and agreed with candidate

Proposal / Quote

  • Relevant proposals or quotations aligned to financials
  • Annuity quotes over R10,000 per m...
