- Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage team scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
- Review and approve team requests (e.g., leaves, discounts, and operational needs)
- Monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Track KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity
- Train, onboard, and continuously develop sales team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
- Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all sales channels
- Coordinate with marketing and other teams for campaign execution and product promotions
