Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a regional sales plan in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Success, Services and Sales Development teams.
- Provide strong leadership, vision and direction for the sales organization.
- Work with the regional Alliances team to identify, source, onboard, and manage channel and alliance partners, driving revenue through both direct and indirect channels.
- Set and execute a customer acquisition strategy across direct inbound and partner ecosystems, ensuring attainment of financial performance targets.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, including recruiting, onboarding and training new sales representatives and managers.
- Report on all aspects of the business to the Executive Leadership team.
- Lead the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for funnel management, and drive alignment between strategy and operations.
