YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive top line growth in assigned country / country cluster or industry and manage assigned internal & external account manager teams.
Define sales strategy and take responsibility for business development. Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for country/country cluster or industry. Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources. Manage assigned internal and external AM teams. Cooperate with Business Development, Customer Service and PM/IMM and share best practices. Contribute to product development projects. Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding, and optimizing pricing.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
