Maximise hotel revenue across all segments by driving sales performance, implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and optimising pricing, distribution, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue across Rooms, F&B, and all market segments
- Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans
- Implement revenue management strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents & key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Oversee reservations and revenue management functions
- Manage performance, forecasting, and budgeting
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel / hospitality sales
