Responsibilities

• Own and drive commercial performance across the Chinese Medical Hall network, including traditional retailers and independent outlets.
• Develop and execute channel‑specific strategies to grow distribution, visibility, and sell‑out.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key wholesalers, sub‑distributors, and CMH operators.
• Identify new business opportunities to expand coverage within fragmented traditional trade networks.
• Partner closely with distributors to ensure strong execution, merchandising, and stock availability.
• Plan and implement channel‑appropriate promotions and trade activities tailored to CMH shoppers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to refine strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and supply chain to support business growth.
