- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with prospective and existing accounts.
- Foster and building relationships with customers including making calls and closing deals to drive business and grow company’s revenue and profitability.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Having a good understanding about the company’s products and services and be able to advise prospective clients about them.
- Coordinating with operations teams for all current shipments to ensure that all customers’ requirements are met.
- Developing strong relationships with carriers, overseas network, and other suppliers and negotiating competitive pricings for each transaction.
