The Opportunity:

The Sales Manager will lead our Lab Business Unit to build and drive a customer centric organization to grow sales and profitability. He/she has accountability and authority for all direct and distributor sales activities and to develop new business opportunities in accordance with global strategic business unit strategy.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

Lab BU Lead duties

  • Deliver on financial targets including sales revenue, margin, etc. by creating a planning, tracking and execution mechanisms.
  • Develop growth strategies for Korea through managing the teams of lab sales, key account management, equipment services, commercial excellence and customer services.
  • Create an enabling channel structure both in the commercial as well as the support the organization to help deliver the strategy.
