Job Description
The Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives. This role focuses on maximizing hotel occupancy, meetings and events bookings, and overall profitability while maintaining high service standards aligned with the brand.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and internationally.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key stakeholders.
+ Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations to promote hotel facilities and services.
