Job Description
This role is responsible for driving strategic business development and customer engagement in the power electronics value chain for data center and grid-level applications, through early technical engagement and key account management.
- Identify and develop high-potential business opportunities, developing the market and key accounts in line with strategic objectives.
- Track market ecosystem changes and technology trends (e.g. Hydrogen, HVDC, UPS, EaaS) and reflect them in account & growth strategies.
- Manage existing customers throughout the full product lifecycle, ensuring long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to regional growth objectives.
- Work closely with product management, application engineering, and operations teams to ensure competitive and timely solutions.
- Provide regular reporting, pipeline visibility, and revenue forecasts.
