The Sales Manager is responsible for researching and identifying marketing opportunities, as well as planning and implementing new sales strategies. In this role, the Sales Manager will oversee and manage the Sales team, ensuring that sales objectives align with the company's operational goals. Additionally, they will perform key managerial duties to drive business growth and success.
Experience and Qualification
- A bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering / or related field.
- Min 3 years’ experience in Sales .
- Understanding and knowledge of sales & commercial management.
- Leading of people, Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- The ability to work under pressure.
