Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the real estate sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to grow market share.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Oversee listings negotiations and deal closures.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements
