KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Sales Leadership & Strategy:
• Develop and execute the regional sales strategy and business plan to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals.
• Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the team. Monitor performance and provide regular forecasts to senior management.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
B. Team Management & Development:
• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews. Create individual development plans.
• Lead weekly sales meetings focused on pipeline review, strategy, and skill development.
