Sales Performance & Revenue Ownership
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to acquire new accounts.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the PH sales team.
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.

- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and Representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct structured reviews.
- Build leadership capability and succession readiness.
Operational & Process Management
- Drive CRM discipline and sales process compliance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement scalable improvements.
- Coordinate effectively with Marketing and Operations teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Deliver performance reports and business insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to support company growth priorities.
