We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales, Marketing & Customer Support Assistant , with a focus on the German market.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer service (phone and email) in a professional and efficient manner
• Provide operational support to the Digital Marketing Manager
• Manage and update the company’s social media channels
• Onboard new clients
• Execute identification and regulatory compliance procedures (KYC / Anti-Money Laundering)

Requirements

• Excellent command of Italian and German (spoken and written) – C1 level or higher
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of French (a plus)
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • customer support (preferably in fintech or digital services)
