About the job Sales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales and Marketing function;
• Develop sales management capabilities, and build a cohesive and high-performance team;
• Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (non-consumer industries);
• Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy, bidding procedure etc.);
• Establish & enhance customer intimacy with decision makers of potential customers, analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans and growth activities in order to establish penetration strategies for new market;
• Maintain customer relationships, make convincing proposals and negotiate contracts;
• Provides sound leadership, management, coaching and training to sales and marketing team;
