Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Sales Support - Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular sales reports.
- Support lead management and customer follow-up activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Data Management & Reporting - Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
- Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly KPI reports.
