About the Role

We're looking for a contract Event Operations Coordinator to own the operational backbone of our field event program. This person will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Marketing Operations to ensure every event — from invite list build to post-event lead follow-through — runs cleanly and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role. The right person is detail-obsessed, comfortable in Salesforce, and thrives on cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do

+ Pre-Event Manage customer invite list builds by location, confirming audience targets are sufficient or partnering with marketing to collect the information needed.

+ Collaborate with sales enablement on outreach sequences and messaging.
