Responsibilities - Coordinate sales orders to ensure timely processing and fulfillment
- Enter orders accurately into the ERP system to maintain up-to-date records
- Track and follow through on all orders to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
- Update and reconcile customer receipts to maintain accurate financial records
- Cross-check warehouse pickings to verify order accuracy before shipment
- Prepare and apply for export permits to comply with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and apply for Certificates of Origin (COO) to support export documentation
