Reporting to the Operations and Account Director, this leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently achieved, and coaching Team Leaders to maximize revenue, productivity, and conversion rates. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands KPI accountability, and knows how to build high-performing teams.
