Responsibilities - Engage and consult with prospective learners to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Present and explain course offerings, fee structures and registration processes.
- Manage enquiries and follow up on leads generated via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach activities.
- Ensure accurate administration of course enrolments and proper documentation.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and learner support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of course offerings, funding schemes, and industry trends.
