Twilio is seeking a high-impact Sales Recruiter to support the growth of its North American Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role is critical to ensuring quota-carrying sales capacity keeps pace with aggressive revenue targets.
In this position, you will serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor to Sales Leadership rather than simply executing requisitions. You will own complex Sales and Pre-Sales searches end to end, partnering closely with Senior Managers and VP-level stakeholders to attract and hire best-in-market GTM talent. This role operates in a fast-paced, remote environment and plays a key role in scaling the teams that power Twilio’s growth.
