In this role, you will help employees understand and enroll in supplemental health and life insurance benefits offered through their workplace. No prior insurance experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
- Educate employees on available supplemental insurance options
- Conduct one-on-one and group benefit enrollments (onsite or virtual)
- Assist individuals with selecting coverage that complements existing medical plans
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
