Job Description

As a Sales REP, you can impact the financial success of the business through the ability to secure

new business within the Small Fleets Segment. You will drive revenue and set the course for growth of

the business by managing an assigned set of clients and prospects, additionally ensuring that all future

clients are strategically developed. Our sales approach is consultative; you must have tenacity to sell an

industry-leading service portfolio to solution for future clients wing to wing fleet management challenges.


  • Generate new business & share of wallet opportunities customers and prospects. Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process). Ability to travel at least 60% of the time within assigned (home) territory....
