Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Technical with a passion for sales and strong knowledge of the salon or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have technical familiarity with salon products and services, and preferably previous experience working in or selling to salons. If you have a keen eye for trends, a persuasive approach to sales, and love building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with salon owners, professionals, and beauty business clients to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
