RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and advise clients at the counter or by phone (primarily inbound role)
• Identify client needs and guide them toward the right parts and solutions
• Perform basic equipment adjustments as needed
• Close parts sales and ensure quality follow-up
• All other related duties
