Responsibilities

• Implement effective lead generation strategies to bring in new business
• Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve selling techniques and product knowledge
• Ensure strict adherence to the Sales Force Program by the internal sales team
• Monitor sales team performance to help drive targets and sales objectives
• Develop and conduct engaging presentations for onsite visits and online presentations
• Complete sales transactions and hit monthly sales goals by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Turn over to machine operator to ensure proper handling and processing
• Provide onboarding of newly onboarded operators and ensure understanding of the sales process

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience working as a Product Sales or related field.
• 6-12 months of experience in a similar role in a related retail environment
