Overview
Identify and prospect new clients (retailers, distributors, and e-commerce partners) in the pet food industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Responsible for product quotation and product display, and handling matters related to account recovery.
- Responsible for business promotion, conveying and explaining the company's major business information, activities and products.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience in the pet food industry (retail, wholesale, or distribution).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of pet food products, market trends, and consumer trends.
