Job Description

Responsible to ensure direct Key Account (LKA & key Customers) achieving sales target & in store execution. Support MT IKA trade execution in store level.Deliver against sales targets and manage point of sales execution in given stores. Support ASM in team management duties.

  • Manage Local Key Account Customers
  • To ensure execution of LKA business strategy & plan, achieving IMS as per AOP
  • Assist distributor seller in managing LKA business, including quarterly business plan, route plan & call frequency, pricing & promotion negotiation, NPD listing & TTA negotiation
  • Supports IKA Outlets Execution at Store Level
  • Propose sales orders for selective IKA customers at the store level - Econsave
  • Monthly Store Visit to IKA outlets
