Sales Representative Southern Region (OLDTOWN & SUPER Coffee)
Job Description
Responsible to ensure direct Key Account (LKA & key Customers) achieving sales target & in store execution. Support MT IKA trade execution in store level.Deliver against sales targets and manage point of sales execution in given stores. Support ASM in team management duties.
- Manage Local Key Account Customers
- To ensure execution of LKA business strategy & plan, achieving IMS as per AOP
- Assist distributor seller in managing LKA business, including quarterly business plan, route plan & call frequency, pricing & promotion negotiation, NPD listing & TTA negotiation
- Supports IKA Outlets Execution at Store Level
- Propose sales orders for selective IKA customers at the store level - Econsave
- Monthly Store Visit to IKA outlets
- Support Sales Operations Manager for special projects
