You do not need to come from a sales background. Some of our best people have come from completely different careers. What matters more to us is attitude, work ethic, confidence, resilience, and the ability to build trust with people. This is a field sales role. You will be out in the Waikato region every day, talking to businesses, finding opportunities, and helping Rubbish Direct grow street by street.
