Sales & Service Engineer (CT scan & MRI Centre) Key Responsibilities: • Promote and support sales of biomedical and diagnostic equipment for CT Scan and MRI Centres • Coordinate with hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare professionals for product demonstrations and client support • Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at client locations • Provide basic troubleshooting, maintenance support, and coordination for servicing of equipment • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and healthcare stakeholders • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of service-related concerns • Support calibration, safety checks, and preventive maintenance activities of biomedical devices • Maintain records of equipment installations, service reports, client interactions, and follow-ups • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for spare parts, servicing, and technical support • Assist in identifying new business opportuniti...
