Job Description

Willems Biscuits is looking to strengthen the sales team with a Sales Services Manager in order to continue their growth path. In this role you lead the Sales Services team and ensure efficient and effective sales operations.

Willems Biscuits is specialized in private label brands with a focus on Speculoos, Spread, Waffles & Pastries internationally. The Sales Services team is responsible for the commercial & financial support within our sales department focused both on retail and B2B/OOH customers.


  • You lead, build and coach a team of 7 customer service and sales assistants. You will provide the necessary structure in their way of working and ensure high-quality administrative follow-up and optimal service delivery.
