Role Summary We are looking for a Sales Specialist (Staff Augmentation) to drive new logo acquisition and new business growth. This is a hunter‑style sales role with experience selling IT/tech staffing or professional services in a small to mid‑sized agency environment. The role is an individual contributor, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, working closely with delivery, recruitment, and talent teams.
