Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and supporting store sales goals while maintaining excellent service and a welcoming shopping environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to AAP members and other individuals by answering inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints.
- Maintain relationships with current customers by providing product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines, and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data, ensuring alignment with original documentation or requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other office tasks as assigned by the AAP Main Membership Manager.
