Sales Support Administrator – Palmerston North

Motor Truck Distributors (NZ) Ltd, part of the Sime Motors Group, is the exclusive distributor of Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks in New Zealand. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our Palmerston North team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with vehicle administration and customer delivery processes.
• Coordinate truck registrations, documentation, and handover requirements.
• Manage vehicle shipping and delivery logistics, liaising with suppliers, transport providers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Process invoicing and support monthly reporting activities.
• Administer Volvo Connect services, including customer onboarding and account maintenance.
