Job Responsibilities Process customer orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate delivery schedules
Review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms and advise on any required amendments
Coordinate shipments for industrial sewing machines and spare parts with warehouses (3PL) and freight forwarders
Prepare shipping and export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and L/C documents
Monitor shipment progress and resolve any delivery-related issues
Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on order and shipment status
Respond to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and logistics matters
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist with ad-hoc assignments when required
