This role is responsible for providing end-to-end sales operational support across global regions, ensuring accurate system configurations, pricing validation, and seamless contract processing. The position plays a critical role in supporting both direct customer and distributor accounts by managing quotations, bookings, and internal coordination throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare system configurations for new installations and expansion projects for direct customers and distributor accounts globally.
- Manage and monitor internal quote queues to ensure timely processing.
- Liaise with CRM for pricing and costing of Capex MAC (Moves, Add and Changes) work.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Pre-Sales Engineering, and Operations to ensure accurate technical and commercial configurations in quotes.
