As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide overall sales support including administrative, CR and data management and to our Americas regional sales team. Role & Responsibilities

• Support the sales team throughout the full sales cycle including lead generation, trial requests, client engagement, follow ups and processing.
• Track, review, and report sales team’s KPIs.
• Provide internal, cross-functional administrative support.
• Build reports, dashboards and audit data to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
