As we scale toward our 200-seat milestone in Cape Town, we are looking for elite Sales Team Leaders who are Sales Athletes first—leaders who lead by example, coach with precision, and drive relentless productivity.
We are not looking for desk managers. This is a high-impact role for a leader with a Sales Trainer background who can personally demonstrate excellence. You will manage, coach, and performance-manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) while maintaining your own sharp edge in the sales process.
