Main Tasks

  • Analysing customer needs through active listening and effective questioning techniques and recommending suitable products, services and solutions to meet their specific requirements
  • Driving the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s), utilizing various channels and tactics to reach target audiences and drive awareness, engagement and conversions
  • Ensuring distribution excellence through deploying M+H’s distributor and customer value proposition.
  • New distributors development.

Key Challenges & KPIs

  • Drive intensive market share growth.
  • Revenues and margin contribution per brand.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience doing business in the Automotive and/or Industrial Aftermarket (previous experience in filtration is highly desirable but no restricted to).
